Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your NUEQ account, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete through the app
- Log in to your NUEQ account
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
- Scroll down and select "Account"
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Request deletion via email
If you're unable to access your account, you can request deletion by:
- Sending an email to info@nueq.de
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Provide the email address associated with your account
- We'll process your request and confirm once completed
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems.
Tutorial Mode
New to NUEQ? Our tutorial mode will guide you through all the features and help you get the most out of the app.
How to enable Tutorial Mode:
- Open the NUEQ app
- Tap on the Settings icon (gear) in the top right corner
- Select "App Settings"
- Find "Tutorial Mode" and toggle it ON
- The app will restart with tutorial mode enabled
In tutorial mode, you'll see:
- Interactive tooltips explaining each feature
- Step-by-step guidance for common tasks
- Highlighted UI elements to help you navigate
- Quick tips for getting the most out of NUEQ
You can disable tutorial mode at any time by following the same steps and toggling it OFF.
